Know what stays on your device and what you choose to share.

Your Academy account

When you create a learning profile, your name and signed-in email are stored with your enrollments, course progress, quiz scores, and saved journal notes. These records follow your account across devices. Our protected leader dashboard shows names, contact emails, course counts, and completed-lesson counts. It does not display private journals and daily reading notes or assessment score summaries. Use My Learning to export your learning record; contact us for help with deletion.

Assessments and study notes

Assessment answers, action-plan entries, and standalone Devoted slide reflections remain in the open page until you close or refresh it. You may explicitly save personal assessment score summaries to My Learning. Course lesson journals and daily reading notes are saved to your account when you press Save; unsaved edits are not retained. Downloads remain on your device.

Coaching requests

Requests submitted from My Learning are stored with your account and made available to our authorized coach in the leader dashboard. They do not automatically send emails or reserve appointments. Only include information you want to share with our coach.

Consultation inquiries

The consultation form prepares an email for you to review. You send it through your own email app. It does not reserve an appointment. Information you choose to send is shared with our coach so we can respond. Avoid including sensitive member records or confidential financial documents.

JGM Guide

The guide is an AI assistant powered through Melvin’s ministry service. Questions are sent to that service and its AI provider for processing. Each question is handled independently; this site does not provide saved chat history. Hosting and AI services may process technical logs under their own policies. Do not enter sensitive personal information. The guide cannot access private assistant records, send messages, or book appointments.

Access and linked resources

Public resources can be browsed without a learner profile. Google sign-in is handled through Supabase. We receive your account identifier and verified email; we do not receive your Google password or access to your Google Drive. Your session is stored in your browser so you can stay signed in. Use Sign out on shared devices. Website delivery uses Vercel and our existing hosted Academy service. ETS courses now run on this website without Telegram. Historical Telegram accounts and records are not automatically linked. The Academy and Resource Center run on this website. External research sources follow their own privacy policies. This site does not add analytics or advertising trackers.

How to use the materials

Assessments are tools for reflection and coaching, not diagnoses or guarantees of ministry readiness. Teaching materials retain their source attribution. Scripture and study questions are best explored alongside trusted ministry leaders.
